Is Insurmountable Skullfort about to become the most OP exotic in the game?

Currently, Shoulder Charge isn't consumed upon use unless it hits an enemy. The ability is about to become a 1 hit kill in the crucible in Forsaken, meaning once it hits an enemy, in all but the rarest cases, a kill is guaranteed. The Insurmountable Skullfort gives melee charge back immediately upon getting a kill with the melee ability. Basically, Titans rocking Shoulder Charge and Skullfort will ALWAYS have a melee charge in crucible, it'll be EXACTLY like D1 where Shoulder Charge could be used whenever and wherever. The instant this update goes live, I'm going to be carrying a shotgun with me at all times.

  • NO it is not. Jesus as much as this is posted you would think no one mains a TItan. On paper this sounds like a OP combo but if you play as a TItan you know it is not. Add in the lower TTK more ranged melees and more melee cooldown mods getting a shoulder charge is going to be even harder than it is now. What you plebs need to worry about is the MK 44 Stand Asides. Plus there is other crap out there that beefs up the weak spots in a aggressive Titan build. Skullfort will be a waste of a Exotic for a properly setup aggressive Titan build.
