On two occasions, me and my fireteam have encountered a bug/glitch, when in a nightfall. No adds will appear, and we can not progress. First time was during last weeks nightfall, Inverted Spire, stuck just before landing on Cabal drill. Second time just happaned, where no adds spawned after exiting the Infinite Forest, and we could not progress.
