First of all I love playing as a hunter in destiny, I usually play nightstalker/orphesus rigs combo because of the orbs generation. and my loud as far as weapons are usually the same a hand cannon in the kinect slot (better devils) then what ever im feeling as far weapons for the day scout rifle , assault rifle what ever is fun at that moment.. with that being said I happen to pick up the lucky pants, and i thought whats the point of these pants.. after reading the description of what they did i decided to give them a try.. i always wanted to go double hand cannon so with the lucky pants (LP's) this should make it a good experience. .. after playing with them i just couldn't really see the merit in why anyone would use them. and i think the problem is that they just dont do enough to change the overall game play of the hunter.. i went double HC with every HC i owned and LP's just didnt seem to make the expence any better.. I am assuming the idea is that when you get a precision hit you end up refilling your HC, saving you time because you dont have to reload. but in practice it doesn't feel all that great, it kinda just give you this meh felling as if you can take them or leave them. and i just dont think it validates the actual exotic.. now that i have said what i find wrong with them i want to offer some suggestion to make the LP's better. ONE- instead loading 1 bullet into the chamber how about having a chance to reload the stowed HC fully... this will make switching to your stowed HC a lil more enjoyable. knowing that your not coming back to 3 to 4 rounds in the chamber. TWO- They could also make switching to the stowed hand cannon more quicker then usually, the would be great when in those pinch situation and need to switch to your other HC... THREE- maybe it could lean into the golden gun and grant more super energy on HC precision kills and only with the golden gun.. this might make golden gun fit right in with the them of LP.
