We already established winning matters for nothing. You are blaming your team over if you don't do the things that finish bounties. Seriously look at what behavior the game rewards, do that. Understand that it's not always "Winning" that is being rewarded. A perfectly cooperating pair of teams that had nothing on their mind but loot farming and were working together to maximize completions could net out all daily challenges and milestone in a match or two for absolutely the best return per minute spent. Once you understand that, consider whether it's right for you to want people to play in a way you find personally rewarding but doesn't actually help people farm loot any faster.

In a reward sense it doesn’t compared to completing milestones, it may mean something to you personally but objectively in game it’s just the wrong strategy. So I fully get you prefer winning to rewards, but there’s a lot of people who just want the rewards with the most efficient strategy to get there. Obstinately blocking your teammates farming strategies or complaining about farming happening in a game mode that’s fundimentally about farming loot in a short time is just selfish.
