Sleeper Nodes Won't Appear
At the moment I am doing the Sleeper Simulant quest, at "Nodes and Protocols", where I am tasked to find 15 of the nodes. I've traveled to various sites where the nodes should be located according to a video guide but they have all vanished. This was not an issue initially until I got the frequency decoder thing. I have no active quest except this one and "Nascent Dawn".
Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong? I was going to see if waiting a few days would correct it but nothing has changed.

As a last step it requires you to find a specific node. Maybe its blocking progress on the current quest you are doing? Ive seen posts before from people with 2 of these quests currently active and they seem to collide.
