Its the Heroic strike rewards changes. Its basically means that---if you're grinding that strike playlist----every 3-5 strikes you get an additional "Powerful gear" drop up to Power level 360 (365 with mods). The fact that its a matchmade activity and can be completed without team communication, is a good step (imo) towards bridging the gap in access to loot between raiders and solo players. As well as the fact that the game quickly runs out of things to do to vertically progress your character once you complete the Milestones. The biggest thing though was their admission that this is simply an INTERIM step---for the purposes of troubleshooting intended changes. So this is not a "final step"...and they are not happy with the situation either.
