It would have such a good addition to add a cabal capital in the last city as the raid area. It could be where we had to solve challenges to defeat the security system, and as a little boss, fight consul outside of the building with his security units. Especially since it always seems he is out working to smash the guardians who escaped. Finally the jumping puzzle could be us jumping into ghauls ship that’s parked just above the capital by jumping onto random destroyed buildings and debris. Finally once we get to his ship, there can be guardians bodies all over and for once have an interactive object in a raid by scanning a guardian. Finally we can still fight ghaul in his final setting in the campaign , since it looks so god damn good. Then we’d need to combine our supers and easily kill his outer shell, then fight his true form since he has gained the light. I don’t have a true form fight scene but hit me up and I can revise the entire idea. Just a small idea but could’ve been cool.
