Looking for people who like to raid all the time not too try hard but still will do the best even when it seems impossible, if you can be consistent( stay leveled and always gets better) then this is a great clan for you . Also if your just looking for a clan that can help you with all the endgame like nightfall or raids then at least be willing to learn
