I know a lot of people want random rolls back, but I would much prefer they improve the mod system. I think that they need to have the really good mods (outlaw/dragonfly/ etc) have a lower drop rate so you can still grind for them. But have a higher drop rate from prestige activities/trials. What changes/improvements would you guys like to see to the mod system besides just going back to the random roll system from D1?
