I, for one, do NOT want balance. At least, not at the expense of everything else. Balance is the antithesis of FUN.
When I ask someone about a game I'm interested in, I don't ask them: "Hey dude. How's that new game you're playing. Is it balanced?"
Umm, no. I ask: "Hey dude. How's that new game you're playing. Is it FUN?"
This quest for "BALANCE" is one of the biggest reasons D2 is in the sorry state that it's in.
