Bungie, I understand that you currently have a lot on your plate. But I was wondering if you could provide us with more details with how the maintenance process works. Many people have vented their frustration concerning why it takes so long to accomplish something “small”, such as making IB and Faction Rallies available for all users instead of just users with CoO (for example). Is their a way to easily show the process of what goes on during maintenance? Something high level but explains why it takes the amount of time that it does to make changes in the live game environment? It doesn’t have to be for every maintenance period. But something people can look at to get a better understanding of the process.
