I beat the CoO story line then a few days later went through it again with a friend. After the first few levels, when you go talk to Ikora about healing segura my problem showed up. The game wanted me to talk to Ikora to continue the quest however, since I had already beaten it, I couldn’t do anything but turn in mediation tokens. All of the region chests disappeared and the lost sector became unmarked on Mercury. I waited for the reset but that did not work along with xbox restarts. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. (Sorry if I broke any posting/formatting rules. I am on mobile and it’s a bit tough).
