The only Kinetic mods I have gotten are when they were included with the weapon. Unlike all the other mods, I have not gotten any random kinetic mods. I play all three characters and none of them have gotten kinetic. I figured once I was getting close to max light level they would start falling more frequently. That did not happen and I only did 304 light before the Osiris update. The problem is that I have to stick with the weapons that have this mod. So all the new weapons are used to upgrade my kinetic weapons with mods. It would be nice to try more weapons. But ultimately I am going for max light level and this is how I am working around this issue.
