i think i have found what is happening. so after you complete a certain amount of verses they stop giving another at a certain point right ?. well after completing the CoO quests on my second character i noticed on the circle the same amount that i had done on my previous character were still lit up. so i believe this is not a bug but that you have to complete the adventures on your other character in order to activate the rest of the verses. after your second character is done then move on to your last wash rinse and repeat. you will then be given your 11th verse for your shotgun hope this helps
