Been having a similar issue for a while. However, I don't have Wardriff coil installed (it's in my vault). The only thing I notice is that (please note it doesn't always work - and I've been having these problems since I've downloaded the DLC) (a) Sometimes you'll be able to put the item you want to infuse in the vault, you'll then have to go to the vault, inspect the item, and then you'll be able to infuse. This doesn't always work (b) You'll notice that you "might" be able to inspect items in the vault. Other times it won't. And inspecting one item, and then to another helps - but again - this doesn't always work. (c) I've noticed that you've had to make sure that you don't have any items in the post master - but again that doesn't work always (d) Decode all of your engrams (again - doesn't always work). I wish there was a real fix - all I've done is tried to play with it to see what can be done to resolve it. Good luck - and hopefully Bungie Technical Support sees this problem and produces a fix.
