Can't Upgrade and change perks on my Gear
when i go to any armor or weapon in my inventory, it wont let me inspect it. no perks, no shader option, no infusion, no nothing. how can you progress in the new dlc if this shit is happening on your account?

Same thing's been happening to me. I did clear some stuff in my vault and then all of my gear magically started functioning again, but eventually it went back to being broken after opening a single legendary engram. I have no idea what's going on.
