Unable to apply stormcaller upgrade points, other players see when inspecting my character - I can't view/apply them
I have a Warlock with maxxed subclasses: However am unable to apply points to finish out this class even though I'm well past level 20. I think this is a bug unless there is something I am missing in gameplay that would help. Appreciate any help, thanks!
