So, I just spent something like 70k Glimmer, as well as deleting all my pre-owned Sparrow in hopes that it would somehow allow me to get past this step in the Red War quest. No such luck. Amanda Holliday keeps going on about "How do you like this new Sparrow I just made for you" but there's NOTHING for me to claim - just three ships that I've been re-buying, since other bug reports suggested that might make stuff work. It doesn't. I'm helplessly stuck, broke, and short a legendary Sparrow. The quest marker just keeps pointing at her, but she has nothing for me. So. Frustrating. If this game had been a normal product, I would've requested a refund by now.
