When playing Destiny 2 my controller works perfectly, I do not have an issue. However the second I bring up a menu and try to dismantle an item nothing happens for about a minute of constantly pressing the button. The dismantle bar does not fill up at all. This also happens with applying mods, aqquiring exotic weapons from collection, applying shaders, dismantle for infusion. It is infuriating repeatedly pressing buttons and no response. Especially when you need to infuse something.
