We're all over 18 and pretty laid back people. I'm not much of a talker myself either to be honest but most of the guys in our clan all sit around and joke and mess with each other. We're a PS4 clan, and someone is always on any time of the day. Some of us in the clan are pretty hardcore dedicated players that are on pretty much ALL day. A lot of us however are on in the evening. There's no set time you have to play, come and go as you please or can, we understand everyone has a life and schedule that doesn't always revolve around a video game. Our main focus is strikes and completing the weekly raid and nightfall, basically grinding to become more powerful. We also throw some crucible in there and get challenges done.
