Would it be possible to write in some engram decryption code that takes into account gear that you have already acquired from engrams in order to VASTLY decrease your chance of receiving it AGAIN? Also, I think decryption code for luminous engrams should analyze the power of your gear and give you a significantly higher chance of receiving the item(s) that would increase your power level the most. For instance, if all of your gear is 300 power except for your boots and power weapon which are 295, then the luminous engram should prioritize replacing your current boots and power weapon, since they are holding back your overall power the most. Luminous engrams are arguably the most efficient way of getting end-game gear that pushes your power level forward - however, when luminous engrams give you loot on par power-wise with your highest level piece of gear, that isn't helpful at all.
