Bring back gunsmith rolls, with a few exceptions 1) only for raid, iron banner, and trials weapons, so people actually care about those activities. 2) make it expensive 3) don’t make people unlock the perks, just leave them already leveled as it is now. 4) make every other weapon stay with static rolls. That way, it’s only an option for endgame players, but actually gives people the option if they want to grind in the endgame to get that perfect weapon for them.
