I Pre-Ordered D2 On Xbox One, Have Pre-Order Bonus XBL Store Downloads, But Cannot Access Any Of This Content In Game.
It's as simple as that, i have everything, but upon completing the red war campaign i went to the tower and there was no Ghost, and certainly no Coldheart.
I have actually had this problem since launch but only now got aggravated to talk about it, does anyone have any ideas on what may help, or how to resolve this issue?

1 RespuestaIf you game shared the content or if these is not the account you brought the game on, you will not get the preorder bonuses, you also have to beat the game as well.
