There is an issue with redemption of this exclusive sparrow in-game. I have entered my info at www.virginmedia.com/redeemsparrow and recieved my code to enter at /coderedemption. My profile/codes page shows that I can claim this item once I have unlocked sparrow usage. My character is level 20 and currently 270 power, which meets the requirements for the above. However I am unable to claim my sparrow due to it not showing in the postmaster (where I would expect to see it). Anyone else having this issue? or know where else it's meant to be claimed from?
