Fast travel with Fireteam
If the Fireteam leader decides to fast travels it should give an option to pull the Fireteam with them. It is so time consuming to go back to orbit or have to explain to the Fireteam where you fast traveled because they didn't go with you. They have the leader as the leader for a reason.
