Why is a HC Better Than an Auto Rifle?
Bungie will tell you some trade off bullshit.
I think this hand canon meta is garbage.

They should just remove hand cannons as primaries in my opinion, it's not realistic to think a hand cannon could trade shots with an uzi or automatic rifle.
