Any gun that killed them and prevented them from winning with as little effort as possible was deemed "op". It's the same reason why they (the tryhard top 10-20% of pvp players) complained about sbmm. Lag was the false flag. Having to play people who can actually beat them was the real issue. The casuals didn't whine anywhere near as much, they simply stopped playing crucible, and trials especially all together.
