It would be a great Idea to add the perk "Triple Tap" to the "Cocoon" perk... it would add to their effectiveness in pve and possibly pvp if used correctly. Also add a stability buff to the Anguish of Drystan and change the ZB raid hand cannon to a Mid ROF archetype. I believe these changes would greatly improve the KF raid primaries without making them over powered.
