It gives your teammates super quick cool downs on their Grenades and melee. We went into Skolas last night, I was running that build with solar nades and my 2 teammates were running nightstalker with khepri's sting for the melee bonus, and we absolutely melted his ass we didn't even shoot him. They hit him with tether, i popped radiance, then we all started chucking grenades and smoke, It was glorious. BTW you can throw 13 solar grenades with heart of the praxic fire.
