That's actually false. Regen starts on every kill. But teamshotting does limit how much health they regen, and can stop them from getting enough health to start building shield. But either way, that's just an example of why the nerf is less that ppl are crying about. I main blade, and have a metric shit ton of playtime. Life will go on, and blade will stay good.
