Cauterize has a 5 second cool down. And hammers aren't hard to dodge. Blade dancers had the ability to get health back every kill. They'll still be able to. It'll be fine man.

Ok well see lol. I don't even play blade so I'm not defending it for my own benefit. The class is very weak as it is.
