I tried to explain this to someone the other day to no avail. Just because it wasn't complained about in the current sandbox doesn't mean it wouldn't have been an issue in the coming sandbox assuming none of these changes were implemented. But maybe the wounds were a bit to fresh at the time, and the tears a little to salty still.
