Fallen Lore Question
So I have read my fair share of lore experts/grimore prices but one thing I'm want ask lore experts is....
What was each fallen house made for?
And what I mean is that in lore that each house i.e. Devils, wolves, Kings etc... Had their own part in the government I am just curious of each houses respected role in the elskini government before the whirlwind

Clans that separated from each other with their slightly different rules and systems, with time they kept advancing and either growing by conquering or falling. 8 mentioned houses made it to the top, survived and learned to live with each other
