Scarlight Grasps do not have the perk it says it does when hovering over them.
So I have been saving my Dawning Treasures and decided to open all of them on my hunter today. I got two Scarlight Grasps, and one of them says increased melee attack speed when I hover the cursor over the item. However, when I press the Y button to go into the item's perk list, the increased melee attack speed is NOT actually there. The decreased melee attack cooldown time perk is there instead. I was pretty bummed because I thought I got the perk I wanted on the gauntlets, but it's really not there. What is causing this to happen?
