Slipper Misfit & High Water ships
Are the rare (blue) versions of these out of the rotation for the Shipwrights inventory? It seems like if it is a rare ship is always the Octavian class. Just wanting to complete the collection. Any insight would be awesome!
Perhaps having 1-2 of the ship slots always be Uncommon or Rare each week?
