Tattered Schematic did not drop after opening Xur'sTag
After opening Xur's Tag the Tattered Schematic did not drop and Ikora Ray and Commander Zavala do not have the quest line.
I checked all characters and did not find the quest or the schematic.
@Bungie Please Help.
