Artifact bugged?
Hi everybody,
I seem to have a problem with my Memory of Felwinter artifact. The perks are inactive when I'm trying to level it, meaning that it does not make progress at all.
Anybody else having that problem?

same here apparently the first bubble is bugged you're just gonna have to guess and keep trying once you unlock that first bubble it corrects itself apparently..from want I read
