I noticed this today. If you reach rank three or higher in SRL make sure you take all your Momentum Gear (Last Years Record book gear) first. Otherwise you run into this issue where you can't reacquire the gear from Amanda Holiday or the new Holiday Kiosk. I made this mistake on my titan, I took the new Helmet first and the momentum helmet is blocked for me now. I reached rank five and my s class on all three and made sure to take the momentum gear on the other two. Needless to say as someone who purchased the record book last year this shouldn't really be an issue. Hoping this can get fixed in the near future. Hopefully no one else has this happen to them.
