[b]T4R - [/b] Characters don't matter, it's the grind from all the weapons and gear. Since this game and pretty sure the future ones, have that character creation section - face, hair, eyes, etc... Besides, when running around the Tower or any other social place, most of us have the option to keep helmet on. The only times we saw our faces were in cut scenes, which don't really exist much.
