Horns and the new update.
OK, so with this new update it says you can recover legendary sparrow horns. When I go to the sparrow kiosk my duck horn isn't there and I'm to afraid of dismantling it to see if it'll be there after. Also does this mean I can Noe have it on all three characters or still only the one I got it on now?

There was no clarity. Bungie.net > Patch 2.4.1 notes > Declares clearly with no way to misinterpret that you can get your Horns from the Kiosk. PlanetDestiny told me I could do that after going through the notes. MoreConsole told me I can do that after going through the notes. I dismantle my horns. I go to Kiosk. No horns. I complain on Forums. Bungie employee redirects me to a -blam!-ing tweet that stats it won't be available until FotL. I have lost my horns. Forever.
