I think the reason it has so many down votes is because the archons forge has massive experience ruining problems such as the fact that you can only carry one offering, the archons forge is in a different game world than the patrol you loaded into (which makes it incredibly rare to even find one other person). Also the fact that you can only join in in a fire team of 3 at most. The reason people down voted your post is because the problem you mentioned is extremely low priority compared to everything else, and should be treated as such.
