Bungie: Machine guns are absolutely useless in both PvP and PvE. I never ever ever see anyone using machine guns in PvE. And I rarely see anyone using Machine Guns in PvP. So why aren't they being used? Well from my experience you can easily get outgunned. That right you can get outgunned by many primaries in the game while using a machine gun. Its damage output is just a joke. And the low magazine size makes for a terrible combination. Honeslty, how many kills do you get with a Machine Gun in PvP? How many of you die while using it? Rocket Launcher are just better to use. I would even use the sword before using a machine gun. I admit that new Exotic machine gun feels REAL GOOD. The one that looks like a Submarine. Other than that they are useless in my opinion. And with the PvP reduction to Heavy Ammo Drops I definitely do not bother with Machine Gun. 1 Heavy Ammo Drop...seriously? Bungie, can I just have an additional Primary or secondary slot then? Seriously 1 Heavy Ammo drop is really stupid ad boring.
