How to glitch out of Frontier!

My friend and I found this glitch whilst exploring the PvP map frontier.
This is a potentially game breaking glitch so please do NOT use this in public matches and the main point of this video is to show bungie how to patch it.
Please bump and up this so we can get the devs attention :>
Edit1: I know this isn't new, but I saw some people doing it in a control match and it will be better off patched.

Guys I've just thought of an idea on how to not glitch... [spoiler]dont purposely look for them[/spoiler] I mean whoever found this out, be that you or someone else, you/they must of been purposely looking for glitches... How else would you know to jump to a, then to b, then had to use a sword to get to places c and d? Thanks for the info though I'll have to keep an eye up there whenever the other team get heavy
