I have been loyal to this game since year one. I have spent not only over a thousand hours playing but I've spent hundreds of dollars to enjoy the game with my dad and friends. I recently moved to a college campus and now I can't pass the title screen without a Marionberry code. I have attempted every solution offered in the forums and your help page, and the person in charge of my Internet claims they're all open. This has been a problem since the beginning. Either fix it, or send me relevant information. I submitted a help request but my IT department doesn't send out tickets so you won't even give me a passing glance. Fix your game Bungo.
