Has anyone else notice that shoulder Charge is really slow now? I was doing strikes and switched subclasses, I proceed to start titan skating (also feels nerfed) and went to use SC as a momentum boost and it was as if my frames dropped suddenly, I went into patrol and did it again, still slow and clunky. Just wondering if anyone else noticed.
