No, you just need to make daily sacrifices to master Rahool, disciple of RNGesus. I use my warlock, giving him all of the greatest fallen gear, then making him fall to his death, over, and over, and over. If that doesn't work, take him flawless, and dismantle all of your flawless gear, then your raid gear, then your favorite exotic.
