Oh wow that's some bad luck.
I ran into 2 people doing it and then 2 more joined. Between the 5 of us we kept it going non stop for quite some time.

I honestly wouldn't have a problem with it, if I could stockpile multiple. That way I could just set aside a whole bunch in my free time, and then use them up when I'm available to do so. That's how I do it in the Court of Oryx.
