PETITION To Have A New Vendor At The Top Of Mount Doom
Since we didn't get Xur to be at the top of the Mountain, and most likely won't, how about a new Vendor that sells Skeleton Keys or something that is even more rare to drop?
Just an idea. Trying to think of more variety for this game as RNG/Loot sucks pewpy.

It's not that hard to make it up once you've don't it. I'd like to be able to buy skeleton keys for say a ton of strange coins or exotic shards though
