I havent had the time to check myself, therefore i kindly ask here: is the clusters like in the taken king? Like if you pick one up, on one character, is it still there on another character, or is account based aka 1 cluster per account?

They are character specific so each can get each one. However it seems to be cumulative in the progress book. Not sure if that was intentional or not though.

The site should still tell you what character they are on just like the calcified fragment tracker does now.
