Not sure if anyone has thought of this yet so i'll share my theory on the infections and the opening to Rise of Iron. With all the talk about "Dust Palace" and the fact that players have been able to glitch spawn into the Clovis Bray Engineering room underneath, i'm thinking ALL guardians (infected or not) will somehow slip into a coma and be taken to this engineering room for treatment. SIVA breaks out and as we are all KO'd, it runs rampant and destroys the wall of the cosmodrome. We then come out of the coma in the engineering room under Dust Palace where we have our first chance to obtain new dead ghost, a SIVA fragment and then we fight out way up to The Cortex where our ghost beams us aboard, off to the Tower to begin Rise of Iron. Thoughts??
